Class offerings and phase availability may vary by season.

Abide Collective classes are designed to meet women where they are — offering a supportive, intentional approach to movement, strength, and community. Classes are offered in phases to allow for both repetition and progression, depending on each woman’s needs.

You’ll learn pregnancy-safe exercises that emphasize proper breathing, core and pelvic floor activation and restoration, while integrating these foundations into the six primal movement patterns used in daily life. Whether you are expecting, newly postpartum, or well into motherhood, these classes will equip you with knowledge and practical tools to prevent or heal diastasis recti, support proper muscle engagement, and move with strength in every stage.

How the Phases Work

Classes are offered in 6-week phases, each building intentionally on the one before it.

Phase 1 serves as the foundation and entry point for all new participants. It focuses on breath work, core connection, pelvic floor support and foundational strength patterns. This phase is designed to be repeated and may be taken more than once to build form confidence, consistency and deeper community connection.

Phase 2 builds upon the foundation established in the first phase and introduces increased strength, complexity and challenge. Phase 2 will be offered periodically and is available by invitation to women who have completed Phase 1.

Phase 3 exists for women who want to keep showing up. Intended for those who have completed the first two phases (and may have repeated them), this phase provides ongoing challenge, variety, and progression while reinforcing the foundational movement patterns already established. Phase 3 supports long-term consistency, strength development, and community connection.

Where Should I Start?

New to Abide Collective? Start with Phase 1.

Returning after time away? Phase 1 is always a great place to pick back up.

Completed Phase 1 and ready to progress? You may be invited to Phase 2 (or 3) when available.

If you’re unsure where you belong, you’re always welcome to reach out — we’re happy to guide you.

What Happens After a Phase Ends?

At the end of each phase, participants may choose to repeat the same phase, take a short break, or continue on to the next phase when available. We will assess participant interest and readiness before opening the next phase. There is no pressure to move forward — every phase supports strength, healing and growth in its own way.
